This notice explains how the Helium workspace handles information when you use email, calendar, contacts, files, chat and meetings.

Information we process

Helium processes account details, email and collaboration content, contacts, calendar entries, uploaded files, login records and basic security logs needed to provide and protect the service.

How we use it

• Provide the workspace and deliver requested features.
• Protect accounts, prevent abuse and diagnose service problems.
• Maintain backups and restore service when necessary.

Sharing and sale

We do not sell workspace data. Information is disclosed only to infrastructure providers required to operate the service, when you direct us to share it, or when legally required.

Storage and retention

Workspace data is stored on infrastructure operated for Helium. Retention and deletion depend on the service, workspace configuration and applicable service agreement. Contact your workspace administrator or info@helium.work for the arrangements that apply to your account.

Website enquiries

When you contact Helium through the website, we receive the contact details, organisation information and message you submit. We use this information to respond to your enquiry. Contact info@helium.work with questions about your enquiry data.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of your account information by contacting info@helium.work.
